Doctor’s Notes:


Mr. Harrison has suffered very severe damage to his leg, and pelvis area. We also had to amputate his arm because of the severity of the bite. He is in stable but critical condition. It is very likely Hhe will survive but will be permanatly disabled from the waste down for a long period of time. He was attacked monday morning at aprroximatly 7:12 AM while surfing alone. We performed surgery after he was delivered to us, and is on a number of antibiotics.
